Reservations

All reservations with South Florida Bounce & Slide require a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card in advance of the event to secure a reservation. In the event of a cancellation, a 25% fee will be charged, however the fee will be applicable for future bookings. If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty.As a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming we will not deliver or setup the unit. Once the unit is set up we will be unable to provide any reimbursement or refund for bad weather. We will work with you the day of your rental if threatening weather is present or approaching.

Delivery

Each unit will be delivered anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before your party. You will not be billed for this time. You pay for your reserved bouncer time only.

Set-Up

It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to set up the unit, inspect for safety, check operation, and go over the contract guidelines. Most bounce houses require a minimum space of 20×20 square feet and a height of 17 feet. Most of the combos and slides require 36×18 square feet and a height of 18 feet. A household electrical outlet (and a water supply for slides) must be available within 50 feet of where unit will be placed. If no electricity is available a generator can be used with an additional rental fee

Payment:

All payments are due at time of set-up. Payments must be made in cash, money order or Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Discover (credit cards are subject to a 5% surcharge)

Operating Procedure:

Guidelines and operating procedures will be provide at the time of set up.

Loss of Power:

The unit will slowly start to deflate when there is a loss of electrical power. It is important to stay calm should this happen. The adult supervisor should help all users safely exit the unit. Once everyone has exited the unit check if the on/off switch has been turned off or if the blower has become unplugged. If so, plug the blower back in, turn it to the on position, and the unit will re-inflate. If you continue to have problems contact us for assistance.

Weather:

Should rain or heavy winds arrive, you want to evacuate the unit as quickly and safely as possible. Please dry inside of unit with towels prior to resuming use.

Damage:

If the unit becomes damaged while in operation, assist all users from the unit and deflate it. Contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the unit. Customer will be responsible for any damage that don’t result from the normal use of the unit (dog bites, cuts with knifes, SILLY STRING, etc.)

Pick-Up:

Rental unit will be picked up within 3 hours of the end of your reserved time. Let us know if an exact pick-up time is needed. Please remember that it will take approximately 30 minutes for take down and removal of unit.
